The International Women's Forum 2019 Collection Scarf

The two host cities for the forum's  2019 international conventions (Barcelona and Toronto) are represented in the design of this scarf. The mosaic pattern was influenced by Spanish ceramic tiles and is tied to the mosaic to which Canadian culture is often referred. The mosaic is also symbolic of the IWF in the respect of  many different women from varied backgrounds coming together to form a cohesive whole. 

Integrated into the design of the individual tiles are passport stamps of the host cities, the Spanish coat of arms, a Spanish dancer, the Canadian loonie, the maple leaf as well as a female Canadian skier.
